(I was called out on my use of the word "flake" recently and was challenged to define it. I came up pretty much with the above definition and then went through all the other definitions that people have supplied to the UD for it. I was struck by the consistency of them - especially the self-interest and unreliability. We know who these people are ...)

Flake 180

When a guy or girl says one thing but they end up doing the complete opposite.
I'm really into you! I want to be in a committed relationship, I can see us getting married. Then they cut all communication with no warning. They won't return calls or reply to text messages.

So this guy totally flaked on me, we had so many things planned and he won't return my calls or speak to me, here is yet another guy that pulled a Flake 180.

Whataboutism-flake

A person who can't disprove a relevant point which may show bias or a double-standard. So all they have is to say nice whataboutism.
Chris doesn't want to acknowledge his double-standards, when I showed him and example he said nice whataboutism. He had no other response, he is just like all the other whataboutism-flakes.

flake-ery

A common term in political campaigns.
It denotes a person's lack of activity, when they have signed up to volunteer, and fail to show up.
Gwendolyn exhibited mad flake-ery by not showing up to door to door canvass, after signing up to do so for 5 straight weeks.
