Someone who is the death of a party of social get together. Typically exhibits traits including those of a perriwinkle, piss knuckle and fuck knuckle. The person is generally a black hole that sucks the energy out everyone around them with nonsensical facts that has no basis in reality. They typically talk just to be part of a conversation without adding any value whatsoever. You can spot them by the uncomfortable silence that follows right after they have spoken. A really strong blertus can kill a conversation just by their presence within the general vicinity.

Bertaly is an amazing kindhearted, sweet smart funny person. She is always there when you may need her and is always someone you can count on for advice. But just because she looks cute doesn’t mean she’s dangerous watch out because Bertaly can sometimes be dangerous at hitting people....Anyways if you ever find a Bertaly she’s different and will love you in a different way than other people do she goes over the top sometimes but is still amazing. If you ever have her as a girlfriend you are so lucky because she’ll try anything to make you happy and will always be by your side and loyal.
