Chill bongos is the feeling one would get when they are simultaneously shaking from both the external cold and from emotional nervousness. This usually happens during winter when the temperature is cold enough for physical chills and shakes to occur, the addition of trembling from nervousness or anxiety causes the sensation of a harmonious layering of physical chills.
