Noun: Someone (usually male) who wears an excess of Ed Hardy brand and thinks he (or she) is the shit.

Example A: "Man, look at that guy! He really thinks he's God's gift to women!"

To put another person in a state of confusion and uncertainty that is akin to a groovy but unfocussed state that a reefer smoker is in just before the buzz latches on and new insights occur. Often interchangeable with prebuzzle, the more archaic form, but with fewer black eyes following.

Early internet notion involving cloud computing that a forbear of Al Gore, seeing such smoke during his time as a Union soldier during the Indian wars as a futuristic idea for global communication, wrote down and passed on to the guy who couldn't win his own home state during a crucial presidential election in 2000 -- Buffalo Soldiers everywhere were bebuzzled by this passing of events.
