A pejorative term used by tribalistic Trump supporters to describe individuals who criticize the former president’s rhetoric, actions, policies, and more. These supporters often claim that people with "TDS" are irrationally obsessed with Trump, when in reality, such criticisms usually stem from genuine concerns about decisions made by the nation's chief executive that could negatively impact them or others. The President himself has also embraced the term, using it in a self-aggrandizing manner to repel and delegitimize criticism.

TDS is " The Donald's Syphilis " its a undetectable variant of the common STD syphilis but it only seems to plague Republicans, Right Wingers, Neo-Nazis, White Nationalists and Libertarians who we all know are just one of the previously named groups but too ashamed to define ones-self as such.

It also makes anyone who has it forget Trump's long time ties to Jeffery Epstein who once said Donald Trump was his best friend and Trump even claimed was a terrific guy.

TDS " The Donald's Syphilis " contributes to the collapse of democracy and alters those effected by it vision and distorts reality so much so that they can only really make sense to other sufferers of TDS. They are absent from reality and are often triggered by Super Bowl performances, Trans Women ( that give them arousal ), and virtually anything good for the USA such as healthcare for all or feeding kids lunches for free in school where they have to be by law.

TDS does seem to effect some terminally online people that may have once identified as Bernie Bros but those are very rare cases.
TDS used by the right wing voting base to describe Democrats and Liberals that are triggered by Trumps attempts at forming the 4th Reich in the USA is actually a secret acronym to describe the massive cult following of Trump's and the brain rot that comes with joining said cult
