Rep Yo City is a means of promotion for independent artists. It consists of five aspects: DVD, CD, Website, Newsletter, and Television Broadcast. The crew travels from city to city, searching for artists blowing up their areas. It is totally free to the artists and, currently, the public.

The personal trainer shows their client how to use a machine and then 'counts reps'. The personal trainer is not really training the client but rather 'counting reps' since anybody can read the directions on the machine and perform an exercise. The personal trainer doesn't add any value to the clients training session.
