Italian beef and Pepsi

Chicago slang for when a criminal snitches to the police on other criminals to get out of trouble.

Police are known to treat cooperative suspects favorably and will get them whatever food they like while is custody, i.e, they'll request something good if they're snitching on their friends.

Nuski been snitching, full as hell after that Italian beef and Pepsi.
