It is when a creeper confronts you when you are in a situation that makes you vulnerable to a creeper attack .

A girl is tying her shoes, and an old fugly creeper comes up to her and talks about all the times that he saw her at the gym and wants her number.

After the confrontation, she goes to her friend to tell her the story and says "omg, I was totally creeper jumped today"
