The sport of indoor field hockey is usually played on a court the size of a handball court but it has walls to bounce the ball off of. In this sport you may not lift your stick high or hit the ball. You can only push the ball and deflect it. You cannot lift off the ground unless you are taking a shot in the circle. There is a lot more bending and going down low because that's the way the girls who play stop the ball.
