A conspiracy theory created to discredit successful black men by alleging that they are forced by some third party (i.e. the illuminati, hollywood, record labels, etc.) to publicly humiliate themselves. It is rooted in homophobia and toxic masculinity.

Kid Cudi performing in a dress is a humiliation ritual. There's no way a successful black man would willingly wear a dress on live television, there must be another reason.
