One who does something unusal. Also used in greeting someone you know.

It is a term that was used by a bunch of guys in the early 90's that worked together and acted goofy. It has been with me and used every day since then.

Ex; 'You did what! You're a frailhead.'
'Hey frailhead! Good to see you.'

This is basically a full on replica of a fat sweaty dick. Looks, taste, and smells just like a fat sweaty dick. Thats it. The only difference is that this is not attached to a human. This is also know to get mixed up with the Framshister. They are completely different things.
