Flagellan

Discovering stuff, but in a roundabout/meandering/gooey/semi-tard way. A moniker for an exploratory, but inaccurate and possibly clumsy person. Can also be used like a verb. A combination of the verb "to flagellate" and the explorer Magellan.

I was a total Flagellan as I made my through the unfamiliar neighborhood.

I flagellan-ed through the huge mall, unsure where I was going.

A flage is a portmanteau derived from the words “flake”, meaning to bail unexpectedly and “rage”, meaning to party. One who commits to plans and reneges on those commitments or who is reluctant to commit to a good time is referred to as a flage.

Flagets

A usual group of really ugly girls who were rejected from cheer leading who joined the band and didn't have enough talent to play an instrument. They walk up and down the field twirling their flags trying not to hit each-other in the face. Usually the turning point and most amusing time of the show is when they do actually hit someone in the face.

Tina: "Hey i just joined flagets!"
Nick: "Congratulations. So, what? Your to ugly to be a cheerleader then?"
Tina: "aw yes..."
