long chain bicep

An aesthetic bicep where the muscle belly is yoked and plump all the way through the origin to the insertion point of the bicep. Average mortals only have short chain biceps where the muscle ends 2/3's of the way down at the arm. Gifted individuals blessed by the Gods of Olympus have the genetics to develop long chain biceps.

Guy with short chain biceps: Hey babe, wonna do 10 different bicep curl variations and get some protein shakes after?
Girl: Sorry not interested, I only like guys with long chain biceps.

bicep chug

to chug a bottle / can / cup of beer or some other beverage from ones biceps, offering someone the opportunity to flex one's muscles while chugging a beverage (preferably alcoholic).

She asked me to flex my muscles for her, but I needed to drink her pretty before we could hook up, so I bicep chugged my beer for her.

A common claim among bodybuilding enthusiasts who usually weigh between 165-180 pounds. Most of them, of course, are lying.

Small guy with 15" biceps looks at 6'0 215 pound fitness model Bill Davey, who has 18" arms.

"Yeah man, that guys huge. But. "I have 18 inch biceps" too, so he's not that big."
