For women: A grimpa is a woman who has a bad attitude, is rude to people, speaks condescending to people, is loud and obnoxious, and/or someone who can't be tolerated in general. Synonymous with bitch, cunt, etc.

For men: A grimpa is an all around dick/douche.

(Noun) Grip - the person you're in an intimate relationship with: lover, spouse, side piece, bf/gf, whoever likes to grip onto you.

(Verb) Gripped - When you get some action with said individual.

(Noun) - "I'll catch you later, I'm about to go meet up with my 'grip' real quick."

(Verb) - "Yo, last night was incredible, I got gripped'!"
