To be "Piston Broke" is to be both pissed and broke. Most commonly heard amongst mechanics/bikers after being asked how they are.

Biker 1: "How are ya buddy?"
Biker 2: "Piston broke"

When a person is out of money but has money on a credit card, Visa and/or a voucher.

Person 1: "Hey want to go to the movies"

Person 2: "Nah man I'm cash broke, and i don't want to spend any money on my card"

Person 1: Yea I'm cash broke too.

describing a person that has absolutely no respect for them self and neglects their personal appearance and hygene. Often displaying some of the same qualities as a homeless person.
