National abuse sam day

National abuse sam day is for all people who know a sam, he could be just really annoying or he could just be a twat. We all join in to punch him, kick him, slap him with your chanticleer or just any sort of abuse. It's always a male sam. Laws are still forced but with fewer consequences. It is celebrated on March 18th.

Is a adjective used to describe the over excersion of the abdominal muscles. This can happen when you lose your shoe on a metro station, example paris metro. This also happens if you fall down stairs, or get hit by a bus, or have hang with some really dirty ponytails.
