Queef Lorraine

A dish best served moist. A cheesy, eggy tart with flaps of ham and a crusty base. Often served in finger buffets. Baking queef lorraine was a favourite past-time of housewives in the 1980s, and is seeing a resurgence in popularity today.

Queeb tax

The Queeb tax is a mandatory 18 % tip on all French-Canadians who travel to Vermont and eat in a local restaurant. This is due to the fact that some French Canadians are poor tippers. The tax is also applied to people from France, Belgium and Switzerland.

I paid a 20 % tip to the waiter in Burlington, and then right after that, the waiter made me pay an 18 % Queeb tax.
