Person who recognizes the superiority of dishes part way 'tween plates and bowls and decree other dishes to be inferior

Being inebriated beyond the point of being able to eat. Word originated from people being so drunk they wanted to eat a honey butter chicken biscuit sandwich from Whataburger, but halfway through their meal, they passed out face first into their plate.
