A person (usually of Asian descent in the SFO Bay Area) that drives a ridiculously ornamented and tricked out Honda Civic or Prelude. Often this will have under chassis neon, chopped springs, oversized chrome wheels, and a rear "spoiler". They tend to drive recklessly in packs risking the lives of themselves and innocent bystanders in a desparate attempt to compensate for dimisihed size and masculinity.

That prickazoid gang banger darn near killed me and my infant son drag racing out the mall parking lot!

The male version of a Prima donna (a person regarded as egotistical, unreasonable, and irritable, with a rather high opinion of themselves not shared by others.) Usually applied to sports stars.
