Taxed

verb, or noun.
To get high when smoking spice. The legal and effective pot substitute that does will not show up on a U/A. Its a plant like substance that you can buy legally at smoke shops, where you pay tax at the time of purchase.

tapped on the shoulder

Being laid off from a company, usually in one of several large rounds of layoffs. Generally refers to working in a cubicle and somebody from Human Resources comes up from behind, taps you, and asks if you've "got a minute" to talk in the conference room.

Did you hear? Bill and Al got tapped on the shoulder last week....
