Roxana

A small town in Madison County Illinois which is about 30 minutes from St. Louis Missouri. It is a dry town so you can't purchase alcohol in the town because it's not sold here. If you buy a beer a town over and drink it in your front yard, the cops will roll up and tell you that drinking beer on your own property outside is illegal, unless you have a privacy fence.
