Someone who is really sketchy/ratchet and try's to be/act preppy/rich but unable to successfully pull it off due to a noticeable ratchet instinct.

Girl #1: hey isint that the girl with the nock offs?

Girl #2: yeah she always lies saying there real uggs when every one saw them at walmart

Girl #1: it's not a big deal there nock offs but she always says there real, she acts preppy when she's ratchet

Girl #2: I know right, she's so skitch
