Having to do with or not having to do with anything. When you just need a big word to fill in a sentence so that you sound like you know what you are talking about.
Also spelled partaqtious (q is silent and used because q's are not used enough in the english language.

Pastaloin

When a child, usually under the age of 8 or gay, (sometimes both), licks a females hair (the spaghetti), with his tongue (loin), in order to initiate a mating sequence. The mating ritual consists of a dance, followed with anal probing with a lit cigarette.
