slack queen (SQ)

A desirable, dignified woman who fulfills the duties of a man's wife/girlfriend while the wife/girlfriend reaps the benefits of her labor. The man seeks/uses the SQ to take up his wife's/girlfriend's slack but is still committed to making sure his wife/girlfriend is cherished on the forefront.
