A word used to describe a really fat (usually smelly) undesirable racist person. The term was originally coined in Houston Texas due to a infamous figure naming himself Lastquarter. there are other traits associated with the term such as Hypocritical, Low IQ, a obsession with guns and a Neckbeard that doesn't connect to his moustache but not all lastquarters share these traits. This term isn't to be confused with a racist person as it has specific traits which one must have
