Laughing, abnormally and uncontrollably, due to the consumption of Marijuana.
Laughter is often accompanied by tears and occurs, most often, in the early stages of one's relationship with Marijuana - with instances becoming fewer with (smoking) experience.
Often while geeking out, one's abdominal muscles will begin to cramp and his friends will either try to prolong the geek session by being randomly funny or become extremely annoyed.

Pud: Are you guys going to be smoking Marijuana all night?
Rouw: Yeah man, this is some good shit.

Fake geeks can be girls or boys, although most think it's girls only. It's mostly boys, believe it or not. Fake geeks pretend to be huge fans of Doctor Who, Supernatural, Sherlock, Homestuck, Merlin, and lots of other fandoms. They also pretend to have a lot of ships, and an unrealistically popular tumblr blog. They can be seen wearing fake glasses and wearing merchandise for shows they don't watch.

Jack: I watch BBC Sherlock and Doctor Who all the time!
Alice: Really?! Didn't you like that new Doctor Who episode that played last night?! My OTP Destiel became canon!!!
Jack: I know! I was so happy!

Geebs the full term of the word (gravity bong),it is a smoking device in which you have a half of a soda bottle and a the cap from the soda bottle with a metal peice in the middle of it so you can put your choice of THC,or potporie in it.you need a bathtub or a koolaid picture fill up with water and light your THC or potporie pull the half soda bottle up and watch as it burns creats smoke then you inhale the choice of smoke.and you are high.:)
