Someone who is both a Harry Potter fan and a pothead. We may talk about Harry Potter often when stoned, and party relentlessly when new books or movies are released. We get high before watching the Harry films in a theater and probably sneak some liquor in as well.

A person who, often mentally ill, enjoys the sweet and delightful side effects of either Clonazepam (Klonopin), Alprazolam (Xanax), Diazepam (Valium) or Lorazpepam (Ativan) also known as 'the 'pams'.

Side effects reported include laughter and a feeling of being 'high'. These drugs are highly addictive but also highly sought after by the normal population making a good income for the mental.

Psychiatrist: And thus I prescribe you a 'pam!
