An idiomatic expression to mean an emotional and morale strength drawn from a group of people.

Sometimes this can lead to mob mentality.

John is a coward by himself, but in a large group he draws strength in numbers.

naughty numbers

A game called "naughty numbers" in which you spread a deck of cards on the floor, (remove the kings and queens.) Flip all the cards face down. Now, someone picks up a card, and someone else has to dare them to do something the number of times inidicated on the card chosen. (Usually sexual.)

Examples of dares in naughty numbers:
1. Mosh whilst naked # times!
2. Flash people # times.
3. Shed # peices of clothing.
4. Etc. :)

The BS Law of Numbers

The BS Law of Numbers- short for Barreras Spliff Law of numbers, is a simple solution to the question that baffles us all; In a group setting, how many spliffs should one roll in relation to how many people there are? Mathematically inducted through strenuous calculation and testing in 2010, A. Barreras found that you take x/2 amount of people and roll y amount of Spliffs/Joints. So in short x/2=y*.

*If there is a .5, just round up/down according to how stingy you want to be with your weed.

*****The remainder rule can apply if there is a special occasion. Just roll an extra and magically pull it out when everyone thinks there is no more.

A: Dude, there are 11 of us, how many spliffs should I roll?
E: Just use the BS Law of numbers, so thats 5.5 spliffs.

A: Fuck it I'll just roll 6 cause I DGAF like a pro.

A rather brutal and secretive group of prison gangs in South Africa. Number gangs have numbers instead of names, and typically have millitary-style hierarchy, extensive tattoos, strict internal laws, and require violence against prison staff for initiation. The 28 Gang also has a system for distributing sex between new recruits and established members. Recently featured on a BBC documentary.

Numbers gangs include the 26s, 27s, 28s, etc...
