Marinette

Marinette is a small town of 9,000 people 40 miles north of Green Bay on I-41. This City has more bars than churches, and more subway restaurants (3) than police officers. Ranking in the top ten "dirtiest places to raise your kids" according to one poll based on the amount of pollution caused by industrial manufacturing in town. It's no wonder they lose their interstate football rivalry game to Menominee, MI every year by more than 30 points.
