Noun: Name for a mischievious sockmonster living in feral abandon on the west coast of Canada. He was born in Montreal, Quebec, and christened with beer. Known to a wide range of fans, known as the Grumerians.

Verb: a type of dance involving a lot of vigorous lower body action and wild swinging of elongated arms.
