Something you really want and think you are going to get and then it doesn't happen for you. The genesis of the term was an actual grab of an ass that went bad.

a tasty cold treat that is a combination of a slushy and soft serve ice cream. This concoction can also be mixed together. The floated comes from the ice cream floating in the slushy and not mixed obviously.

Can be used as an adj. or state of mind. Past tense; the state of being high on downer drugs. Or the state of being passed out from alcohol and/or downer drugs such as opiates or anxiety drugs.

1.) Jimmy is foamed out on the couch.

2.) Let's all get foamed out tonight.
