A Filthypino thinks that he is better than everyone else. He is arrogant, angry, and manipulative. They're usually really short and most suffer from little man syndrome}. They're only nice to you when they want something from you and are typically after greencards, money, status, and sex. Many of them have narcissistic personality disorder and have no issue exploiting people to get what they want.
