Pubacious

‘Pubacious’ is used to describe wiry, thick hair that is in much need of a trim. Not generally used to describe ones bush, or pubic hair, but rather a head of hair that’s come to resemble a pubic bush.

Dubious

The word "Dubious" if a slight remix of the word "Devious".

It means something that is often "Goofy" or just down right bad. So all in all you have read a pretty dubious sentence.
