1. Mediocrity, Par, Nothing Special. 2. A backhanded way of telling someone what they did was mediocre. 3. A funny terminology used to passively/aggressively make fun of mediocrity.

"These tacos aren't the worst I've ever had. These tacos are hella decent."

"Yo Brad Bro! That cover of Crazy Town's Butterfly you did last night was hella decent bro!"

Decent Person

A 'decent person' is someone who believes that all humans should be treated equally.

For example:
A Decent Person would treat a criminal the same regardless whether the criminal is white/black/female/male/gay/straight (etc...), and preferably not shoot them.
A Decent Person would treat a person the same and accommodate for someone regardless of what their religion is (or lack there of religion).

Deculturalization

The removing or abandoning of one's own culture and replaces it with another (foreign culture).

Deculturalization occurs in the Caribbean with their food preferences. (eg. They prefer KFC & Burger King as opposed to their own provisions such as Cassava, Dasheen & Salted fish etc)
