The Carstairs family is known for their skill in music (James Carstairs, especially) and also this family ownes Cortana(this blade is a legacy given to the newest member of this family). Being a Carstairs means, that you are probably a warrior and a hottie, indeed.

Background story: a fictional shadowhunter family, attending in Cassandra Clares Mortal Instruments, The Infernal Devices and The Dark Artifices series.

Known Carstairs family members:

-Jem Carstairs: parabatai of Will Herondale, ex Silent Brother. He was born in the 1800's but he is still alive, thanks to the powerful runes he used to have.

-Emma Carstairs: ex parabatai of Julian Blackthorn( Julian is the love of her life <3 ). In the battle against the Cohors, near Alicante, she and Julian became true nephilims with the help the parabtais curse(if they become lovers).

canstand

Similar to a keg stand although performed using a can or cup of alcohol and a straw. One or more straws is placed in a can or cup and used to consume an alcoholic beverage while the drinker does a handstand over the can/cup. It is recommended that one performing the canstand has a few spotters holding his legs in the air. Can be performed solo if done properly.
