1. Flighty Broad: a female who is irresponsible, fickle, not sound of mind, slow, or frankly just rude and/or ignorant.

2. a woman who is unfaithful and/or sleeps around.
synonymous with: slut.

though can be used interchangeably with whore, a flighty broad is generally smarter and has more respect for herself and her body (should the term be used in the same context as "whore").

I'm not in to those LA girls, most of them are flighty broads

Tough broad

1. A strong woman that doesn't intimidate easily and can do what needs to be done.

2. A woman that has lived a hard life, due to circumstances she put herself in or was born into.

She was a tough broad. She drove race cars, raised children, cooked us all dinner, shot that burglar. She is no woman to mess with.

broadband hiccups

Broadband Hiccups are an inconvenient interruption to your broadband connection - very annoying during a mass download or a webchat

I was trying to have a chat with X on messenger today and we kept getting interrupted with a seriously bad dose of Broadband Hiccups!

I was just getting to the end of level 15 and oh no broadband hiccups just wiped me out!

I tried to download that as well last night but a broadband hiccup got in the way

Typical female radio employee who works at Metro Networks who thinks her shit don't stink. She thinks that because her voice is on TV in the morning, she's the bomb.

I can't stand that Kristen Kelly, she stumbles on her traffic reports and is such broadcaster slut.
