Named after the rabbit from Disney's Bambi, whose father told him "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." It is way of teaching of keeping derogatory comments to oneself in respect to those who aren't as able as you are to avoid conflict.

IQ Below room temperature, a phrase used to describe an individual who is so stupid that the temperature of a room is higher than their IQ Score.
This type of person should cause the standard human to be in pain just having to talk to an individual such as one described here.
