A combination of the words spandex and jeans; a speaner is a person who wears extremely tight jeans, shoes with big-ass tongues and florescent shoe laces, listens to "hipster" bands, and is very sad for no reason.

That speaner can barely walk because his jeans are too tight, his shoes are too big, and he is crying while he listens to Fall Out Boy.
