They are often seen wearing Harley Davidson jackets, but there will not be a single motorcycle in the parking lot. They will often stare at you as you walk up to put your trash away. If they aren't blasting music at 6:00am while you're trying to get coffee, they're standing out there around lunch time eyeing you up as you eat in your car. They're losers.
