An expression used to describe when someone comes up with a terrible, poorly thought out cliche idea or concept usually for games, books and film.

Guy1: Dude I got an idea for a film.
Guy2: Oh geez, Here we go again.
Guy1: No, dude it's so cool! It's about a guy who creates a bunch of robots to help him fight an alien invasion.
Guy2: Are you fucking serious, dude shut up! That's such a Non-Concept.
Guy1: But it's so cool!
Guy2: No, no it's not.
