A term implying sexual actions are desired between an employee and a non-employee, usally a patron, in a public library.

Primarily used among femals, although it is not limited to them, as a sort of code term when a coworker, boss, or patron is in listening range.

My coworkers and i made this up when an average looking guy came to check out some books and we didnt want our uptight boss to know we were tailking about fucking him in the dark and dusty stacks of books that no one even knows exists.

ME: That blonde guy was in, AGAIN.
COWORKER: I dont know which one. Is he hot?
ME: Well, I'D take him to the stacks.

Ash needs to take a hint that Misty, May, Dawn, Iris, Serena, and a fucking Latias all want his D. Instead, all he does is train his pokemon so that he can lose his next gym battle (and eventually get the badge without defeating anyone).
