A term used when writing Harry Potter fanfiction (mostly on Ao3) where a character finds out they're trans by going up the "wrong" stairs in the dorms of Hogwarts. The stairs only allow one gender to come up them (Male or female), and when a canonically Male character (primarily Harry) is able to go up the stairs in a fanfic, it serves to move the plot forward.

A rough method of judging a person's rate of aging. To left test is to view a user's current profile picture on Facebook, which is the most recent, and press the left arrow key. This goes back to the user's first picture, when they were younger. It may span several years, or few, and their mileage will vary.

That awkward person that everyone looks at when they get up .5 seconds after the test is handed out, therefore making them look like a badass who either is actually smart or just a thug who wants to look cool and bubbled in the same choice on everyone question.
