2.) The instant regret / hangover one feels at closely aligning with such a person as defined in the first definition herewith;

and/or the "hashtag regret" one feels following a particularly humiliating and/or regrettable social media gaffe / online faux pas / aka regretti spaghetti scenario, situation, condition and/or set of conditions;

3) "Instant gratification" shorthand that usually leads to shame and/or regret later, though possibly could simply be that what is full of such speedy gratification without those complicated feelings (context and time may tell)

1.) That person in the squirrel furbies getup who is riffing on or copying the traveling gnome photolog thing is such an InstaGrat!

2) "Dude, my feelings of shame and embarrassment are are tantamount to InstaGrat level!" Or "My InstaGrat at having known that over-posting social media ho/slammer person is immense and worse than a bad hangover."

3) Posting that image was so satisfying that I was instagrat-ified!
