George Bush does not care about black people.

Kanye West appeared on a telethon with Mike Myers to raise money for Katrina Relief. After Mike Myers explained that New Orleans was covered with 25 feet of water and was perhaps permanently damaged, West responded off-script with "George Bush does not care about black people."

Helpless people were left stranded by FEMA in the Superdome after Katrina because George Bush does not care about black people.

In his defense, George Bush doesnt really care about white people either...

Very common to see this word used in fast chatrooms, in general discussion on subways, or just when you feel like you're being ignored.

Basically a word that no attention whore can live without.

Regan decided to have an abobo after her boyfriend Meredith said he didn't want anything to do with the baby. Kennedy wanted to come with Regan to get her abobo at the Whittier Health centre. After her abobo, Regan cried for three whole days.
