Abo 

An Abo is an immigrant in Sweden (especially of Middle-eastern or African descent) who often uses the term "abow" in day-to-day conversations with other Abos, hence the name "Abo". The name is the same irrespective of gender.

The word is most often used to express feelings such as dissatisfaction or shock, and could be used instead of words like "shit", "hell", and "seriously". "Abow" could also be used as a filler word, or just as anything that suits the conversation.

The word "abow" is not of Swedish origin, but rather of "Blattesvenska" or correspondingly, Suburban Swedish: a sociolect commonly used by first-generation and second-generation immigrants in the suburbs of Sweden.
