A cloud that is in the shape of something.
Res, In legal terms, Means "thing".
Therefore, a res-cloud is a cloud that takes the form of a thing.

a Res-Cloud could be:
A cloud shaped like a shark.
A cloud shaped like a squirrel being chased by a shark.
A cloud shaped like a boat.
etc.
