a retarded ballerina is a ballerina (best portrayed in Rihanna's Umbrella video) which creeps along on its pointed toes and struggles to maintain balance on the small appendages. A deformed, retarded ballerina is one that is missing some or all of its toes and fumbles around on partial or complete stubs of their feet.
