To play game so excessively that you're no longer playing a game, but being played by a game. The condition is often accompanied by symptoms such as talking about games excessively, especially of their trophies(PS3)/ achievements(XBOX360), and general disregard and neglect to surrounding environment called life.

Mark: Hey guess what guys, I got all the achievements for COD World at War, and I got my 3Billionth kill!!
Steve: Mate, you are so gamed.

Gamer's Hand

Caused by over-gaming. The most common cause is hand-held consoles, the most prominent now being the awkwardly designed Nintendo DS. It causes the the hand to cramp up while attempting to play videogames.

"Now to play some 'Super Mario 64 DS' ...arrgghh... my hand! ..it won't move! AAAH LOOK AT ME! ...don't look at me... Loo~ook at meeee...

When drinking alcohol, this refers to the stage after buzzed and before being drunk. It's really easy talking to girls. You have game.

Playing an online game for long periods of time, most likely WOW or COD, and developing red spots on the eye. This condition doesn't hurt but stays for about a day.

Man I stayed up until 4 last night playing Modern Warfare 2, now I have gamer's eye.

An athlete who always shows up ready and wanting to play; a highly motivated athlete; often an athlete who is also very talented. (NOT just about video games as these definitions suggest, but about real sports such as baseball, football, basketball, soccer, hockey, etc.)

Yankees reliever Mariano Rivera is a gamer. He's the pitcher you want on the mound when you're trying to close out a game and get the win.
