A Catalano Complex refers to the high likelihood that consensual sexual actions have taken place or will take place at least once between too siblings, provided that:

Hulk complex

When someone acts alpha/aggressive/rude dismissive etc. to most people outside of romantic/family relationships. Much like how Hulk only calms down around Betty Ross, someone with a Hulk complex only shows their vulnerable selves with a small number of specific people (ie girlfriend/wife).
