Smack-head meal

An incredibly simple and easy to prepare meal. Usually consists of oven fried chips (curly ones may be a step up) and a processed chicken fillet breast (25 mins on Gas mark 6)

"Whats that you're eating there James"?
"Just curly fries and a processed chicken fillet"

Meal breaker

An unwanted ingredient in a dish that makes the entire thing inedible.

I can't order that, it's got coriander. You know that's a meal breaker for me.

Does this have any type of nut in it? Because that's an instant meal breaker.

The Southern Meal
